It's always tragic when old friends drift apart. The bears Prideful Pablo and Humble Hector are farmers who were great friends since the time they were both cubs. Pablo decides to embark on a long journey to visit Hector after they've been apart for many years. He is shocked by Hector's barren farm and his scruffy appearance. To the successful and vain Pablo, problems can simply be fixed by working harder and being smarter. He shuns Hector in his time of need and returns to his own farm to harvest his many crops. In an ironic twist of fate, the successful Pablo is stricken by a series of unfortunate events which drive him to poverty and despair. Only through his suffering, Pablo slowly comes to understand the importance of humility, gratitude towards others, and what it really means to be successful. Maybe he can even salvage his old friendship...
