<li>APPLY: If using adhesive tabs : Peel clear backing off the tab and apply to the natural nail. Press down and hold for at least 30 seconds. </li>
<li>If using the glue: apply layer of glue to natural and artificial nail. Press and hold for at least 30 seconds. For best wear: Press down several times and avoid water for the first hour. </li>
<li>REMOVE: Apply nail polish remover around edges and between nails. Wait 1 minute before gently removing. </li>
