Searay Silverfish is a saltwater fish but it enters freshwater to spawn. The fish is relatively small and it only grows up to 6-3/8th inches long. These fish are often lightly battered, deep fried and eaten with a dip. A famous Chinese dish that is often served pan-fried omelet.
