A crisp and refreshing sauvignon, this has acidity as its backbone that emanates herbal aromas and flavors of ripe white fruits in a full-bodied wine designed as an aperitif, but also to accompany Peruvian-style causas and ceviches. This comes from two vineyards located toward the western side (closest to the sea) of the Casablanca Valley. Score - 92.
