This book is an exercise in catharsis, for it is a release of all the negative and positive that lies inside the mind, body, and spirit of a human being. The questions, suggestions, accusations, opinions, and judgments made may be conflicting at times, but they are merely a reflection of the conflicting nature of our own emotions. The ability to think, feel, and express ourselves makes us unique as a species. The act of sharing your thoughts and feelings is one of trust and love and one that should not be taken lightly. By listening to the voices and screams around us we become better people, and if we become better people we will be able to empower our youth, and if we empower our youth..it is our only hope for change in the future.
