The Substance Abuse & Recovery Workbook contains five seperate sections that will help the participants learn more about themselves as well how substance abuse is impacting their lives. Each section includes explorar-tory activities, reflective journaling exercises and educational handouts to help participants discover their habitual and ineffective methods of managing substance abuse, and to explore new ways for bringing about healing.
