Outside of Denver, Colorado, in a charming and peaceful small town...Villa Zoo rises to meet the protective Aspen Trees. Villa Zoo is home to five adventurous, daring cats known as the MYSTC Lions and one spoiled white Spanish speaking chihuahua. Their human family is away for the day and the adorable scoundrels find themselves entangled in another Curious Mysterious Happening. This story is a mystery that takes the Lion cats up to the cold peak of the Rocky Mountains. They make new friends and new enemies. They struggle with an old enemy. They fight danger and survive danger. Children will meet an unfamiliar animal known as the pika. He's lost his way and has stumbled upon the cats.
