Isaac Gaines (1837-1915) was a real-life folk hero to the people of Keating, PA. "Loop Hill Ike" as he was known to the locals, was a legendary witch and monster hunter during his era. Ike was the grandson of runaway slaves and the stories of his epic journey through life is one for the ages.
