Cindy and Missy are preparing for their first dive competition together in Sydney. Being that it's Missy's first dive competition she doesn't quite realize what level of preparation is needed. Thankfully Cindy has done it before and knows what needs to be done. Coach Andrei gave them three simple instructions the night before they are due to leave. They are 'no coffee, no alcohol, no sex' - the girls do try, but only manage to obey two of them.
