The purpose of The S.H.E. Guide is to inspire you to thrive. It is organized in a manner that uses wellness check-ins, personal affirmations, and journaling to continually prompt you to reflect on your unique qualities, contributions and abilities. Ultimately, the entire guidebook series is intended for women of color to establish a more meaningful life that is aligned with personal needs. This guidebook is titled "Season of Growth" and focuses on the following three principles: Growth is optional Choose to go high when the world goes low Get comfortable with being uncomfortable If you are feeling stagnate, blocked and limited or if you feel that you are not thriving the way you desire in your overall wellness and lifestyle, you've landed in the right place.
