The Snow Queen is a fairy tale by Hans Christian Andersen, which is considered by many as his best work. First published in 1844, it has inspired many artists and many times has been retold in movies and animation. This edition features illustrations by T. Pym (the pseudonym of Clara Creed), a Victorian artist, whose sentimental style blends very well with the Andersen''s tale. Although not widely known, the Pym''s illustrations are among the best ones created for The Snow Queen.
