In the first appearance by the five super heroes which the world now knows as the Upholders - The World's Greatest Heroes, they thwarted a preliminary invasion by a small, extraterrestrial group of reptilian warriors bent upon conquering our world and utilizing humanity as a food source in their war against a neighboring star system. The five super heroes now are free to focus upon fulfilling their mission of protecting mankind and genuinely upholding law and order.
