The outside world has no idea what's happening inside the fog, and those inside the fog have never felt so cut off from the world... A routine experiment goes horribly wrong and one team of scientists breeches the dimensional barrier. The tear spreads, swallowing up the area around the facility and unleashing horrors on those that live closest. A thick layer of fog separates those inside from the world, leaving them helpless to the coming threats. One scientist who escaped the facility makes a hard decision... he returns. With one goal - to fix what they'd done - he risks everything to try to right the wrong they caused. But his good intentions might be too little, too late.
