Our secret for a healthy scalp and fuller-looking hair, T.L.C. Happi Scalp™ Scrub uses a stable, supercharged AHA/BHA acid blend designed to rapidly break down and dissolve dead skin cells and styling-product buildup while biodegradable and perfectly gentle plant-cellulose exfoliating beads sweep them away. Use T.L.C. Happi Scalp™ Scrub only when your hair and scalp are completely dry. Unlike our other AHA/BHA exfoliants, T.L.C. Happi Scalp™ Scrub is specially designed to work within a short period of time (10 minutes). After that time, gently massage the exfoliating cellulose beads through and rinse thoroughly for a minute or two before you shampoo. T.L.C. Happi Scalp™ Scrub has a pH of 3.7. FYI: T.L.C. Happi Scalp™ Scrub contains a blend of moisturizing plant oils and hydration-boosting sweet almond extract, which gives this formula a naturally sweet almond scent that dissipates quickly. Free of sulfates, silicones, essential oils, fragrance, dyes, and drying alcohols. Cruelty-free.
- Using a blend of six antioxidant- and fatty-acid-rich plant oils (including marula, mongongo, baobab, and maracuja) and a quick-absorbing multi-amino-acid blend, T.L.C. Happi Scalp™ Scrub keeps the scalp nourished, flake-free, and balanced.
- Before showering, when hair is dry, apply directly to a dry scalp and massage. Allow to sit for 10 minutes or more. Rinse thoroughly and follow with Cocomino™ Shampoo and Conditioner. Use 1 or 2 times per week. Tip: May also be used on body. WARNING: Use only as directed. Avoid eye contact. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs and consult a physician. Use a sunscreen daily while using this product and for a week after ceasing use. Product’s contact with skin must be of limited frequency or duration.
