Hinterbrook Trinity 2018 is a dry, medium-plus-bodied red wine blend of Cabernet Franc and Merlot with a splash of Cabernet Sauvignon added to the mix. Grapes were sourced from a single estate vineyard in Niagara Lakeshore and the wine spent 36 months in oak barrels.
