This book was rewritten after a request from two life threatened women that read an explored self understanding first book, Called A.R.C Against Depression. This did not completely open up the Personal understanding that is threatened by unusual life triggers and when people face unusual Life events that are perceived as out of their control. These single or multiple events threaten our understanding of how much we should be able to fix or keep control of. As People we have unthought-of standards of how we are in complete control of our lives and respected effective persons. Life events in many cases threaten this self security and we become our own worst judgmental enemy. Moving slowly into a situation of uncontrolled Anxiety, once this starts it leads to a deeper mode that is Called Depression. The propose of these writings is to hopefully give a very personal understanding of the unthought-of development of our personal expectations of who were are as humans that are loved , admired & respected humans in control of our lives. Remember a PAIN Shared is half the pain & a love shared is twice the love.
