Aged five years this is morphing from orange to tawny in colour. It has an compelling nose of apricot jam, honey, almond/pistachio maturity, and a touch of earthy/burlap oxidation. It is very smooth, creamy and sweet, but maintains some sense of delicacy and tenderness, despite the warmth stirred up by18% alcohol. The length is excellent. Chill light as a late night meditation.
