Many of us have worked for a dysfunctional boss at some point in our career. The impact of their behavior very often bleeds over into our personal lives, even causing health problems, in addition to lost productivity in our work lives. This book presents many different types of bosses that we find ourselves working for, such as the boss who can't make decisions or stays overly involved in the work that we do.
