Medium to full-bodied, ample and sappy, it's enrobing and charming with structured but elegant tannins that segue into a long, lively and ethereal finish. This blend of 65% Grenache Noir, 15% Mourvèdre, 10% Syrah and the rest equal parts of Muscardin, Picpoul Noir, Vaccarèse, Roussanne and Counoise matured in large barrels (20%), concrete tanks (20%), stainless steel (30%) and terracotta jars (30%).
